Delirium monsters at the beginning of the second phase with Jamanra

I was completing a citadel on a map with Delirum, and there was a large group of monsters at the beginning of the second phase with Jamanra. I just lost the citadel, 10 XP at level 97, and the precursor tablets. I checked and there were already reports of this issue. When will it be fixed?

Why is the experience loss mechanic still active when it's possible to die from bugs or server instability?
