Herald Of Ice/Heral Of Thunder Bug

hello today i have discovered a bug were if you have (INCREASED ELEMENTAL DAMAGE WHIT ATTACKS) and if you have (LEVEL OF ALL MELEE SKILLS) on the same weapon the HERALDS will not SCALE whit your LEVELS anymore is ignoring the levels but if you put a weapon that dont have ELEMENTAL TO ATTACKS BUT HAVE LEVEL OF ALL MELEE SKILLS will work and the HERALDS will scale whit your levels.....
