bug in poe2

i am a veteran player that has been playing for whole three seasons. I was leveling up today at about 18:38(China time), I encountered some malicious bugs in the POE2. I did open the Omen of Amelioration, but it went down 10% of exp still. Because I am lv.99 right now, you know its really hard to make exp when u trying to level up from 99 to 100. So yes, I am really upset that this bug happened on me. Is there any way that I can get my exp back？
