Cast on Critical Reservation

Cast on Critical reservation is 91 spirit with 20% gem quality. I am not sure it is right calculation of reservation efficiency.

100 / 1.1 = 90.9 ≈ 91

But why it calculated like this ?
If Player have start reservation efficiency multiplier equal 1, so why quality on CoC gem is increasing player multiplier, not decreasing gem multiplier ? I really think 10% increase on gem means 100*0.9 . But your version surely make sense. Thank for help |

In 0.3.0 the "reduced Reservation" mods were replaced with "increased Reservation Efficiency" mods, which have a different calculation formula.
