Morior Invictus Grand Regalia bugged

My chest is not giving me the resistances like it says. I have 5 talismans in the sockets and its not applying the explicit 6% to all elemental res.

The bug is as follows:
When a "Rabbit Talisman" is socketed into the "Morior Invictus Grand Regalia," it fails to grant the character the properties displayed on the "Morior Invictus Grand Regalia." For example: The "Morior Invictus Grand Regalia" has the affix "+(5–7)% to all Elemental Resistances per Socket filled." However, when a "Rabbit Talisman" is socketed into it, this affix is not triggered, and the character's elemental resistances do not increase. found a better example as I am using the rabbit talisman |
