Bug Valley of the Titans Medallion Puzzle Path of Exile 2

hi can i ask for help regarding this because

the medallion quest where there is a quest item kabala clan relic and sun clan relic, no matter how many mobs i kill in keth and bone pit it doesnt seem to drop any quest item, can you help me ? what to do with this ? thanks and godbless o7

So its an RNG drop, ive had lucky drops where ive gotten it right away and other times its a few area resets.

The Kabala relic only drops from the "snake" monsters and the Sun Clan only drops from the "hyena" monsters. Killing all the other monsters would be a waste of time if you are trying to farm the relics. The locations you are at are correct.

what if you accidentally destroyed it ? is there any workarounds ? or OOF ?

If that was the case then you should have added that information originally, if you destroyed it and your are farming it again with it no longer dropping as the outcome then its either a bug or an oversite. Put in a ticket and maybe they will look into to see if its flagged to not drop any more and get it replaced.
