Softlock: Infernalist Demon Form breaks game upon throwing item into Well of Souls

While Demon Form is active, if the player throws an item into the Well of Souls a softlock occurs and no actions can be taken by the user: the player cannot disable demon form, take their item back, teleport out, and so on. The character is stuck facing the Well of Souls with all animations disabled.

Logging out and back in fixes the issue.

The item is NOT lost permanently - it will be in the Well of Souls after coming back.


Exact Repro Steps:

1. Activate Demon Form (Infernalist Ascendancy)
2. Go to Well of Souls with unrevealed Abyssal modifier
3. Reveal item at Well of Souls while Demon Form is active (In my case, a Jewel)
4. Observe soft lock.
