Help with POE 2 - Game freezes frequently

hey guys, if anyone can help me solve this bug. my game freezes very frequently and when this happens the pause won pause the game. meaning i can die while 'paused'.

anyone knows what causes this and how to solve? it started happening with my new pc. old one sucked but never froze xd. im using a rtx 5070 if it has anything to do with it.
