PoE 2 Citadels not spawning

Hi all not sure how I can showcase this as taking such a screenshot is near impossible but if needed I can make a video and post it somewhere to showcase my issue. I have 3 characters all levels 91+ this league 2 of which started clearing maps way below the "recommended level" meaning I was more than 5 levels lower than the T1 maps when coming to them due to my gear and builds. I've touched the monolith and started pushing north and have been doing so for the last 4 weeks, IN 4 WEEKS I'm yet to see a single fucking beacon of a Citated. I know that we are getting a soft rework of End Game in a few days from now, I hope; nay I PRAY to god that they retroactively add them to our Atlas as based on what I've seen I'm not the only one with this issue. It's unreal that a friend of mine who is a pure beginner has seen 3 of them (I know they come as a Trio now) a grand total of 200 levels before me. Love the game but shit like this makes a person quit. Please fix and if you need any files on my end let me know.
