Simulacrum bugged since this week[3218624550]

I have the same bug / similar constantly this week
Wave 14 spawns loot outside
Some specific waves don't despawn the mobs and boss , mobs tpose , boss just stands there most likely the game thinks they are alive while they are dead
2 times in a row simu bricked always saying 1 monster remaining but there is none
code for bug 3218624550
Fix this asap if you want simulacrum to work
