Unable to change ascendency bug

I reached the end of Sekhema but was unable to spec out of Colossal CApacity and the first Strength node on the Titan ascendency. This was even after emptying my bag.

I tried to relog my character but when I did so the Trial closed. So I have to redo it again later.

Please help to get this fixed as it is incredibly frustrating and time wasting. Thanks.

To unspec the ascendancy points speak to Balbala first.
Look at the section below the Ascension table in Ascendancy class.
