(Reproducable) How to get the game to be UNPLAYABLE

Hello friends,

I want to start with saying that I constantly hear people complaining about how they are not able to play because the game freezes, you can't move, see the "grinding gears" etc.

I always wondered why I was not affected by it. Surely in highly dense areas I had the gears too, probaly just every 5-6 hours of gameplay .

Yes it's not great, but it's EA - so this is not the point of this feedback.

The game really gets UNPLAYABLE to the point where you can't move, can't do anything, MASSIVE lags etc. etc.

Now I was able to reproduce this state:

You have to start POE2 from a PC that has been hibernated and woken up.
For me it is every time, 100 % reproducable.
When I do a normal boot -> no problems.
When I start POE2 after wake up -> 100 % unplayable.

I don't know if you can reproduce it with your systems but here are my speccs:

Win 11 Pro 24H2
AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor
64,0 GB (61,6 GB verwendbar)
5070 TI
Steam-Client (no other steam games show this behaviour)
