Citadels Not Spawning?

I think my seed may be bugged. I've done about 200 maps in all directions while having the Pinnacle of Flame quest active, and I don't see any Citadels. First two seasons didn't have any issues, just wondering if there is something I can do to validate my seed is OK and I'm just dumb?

I did things a little out of order this season, by killing all four pinnacle bosses and completing their quests before even visiting the Burning Monolith, that one is on me. But, yeah, I've gone each direction a few hundred kilometers (miles in freedom units) since starting the quest but none are spawning at all.\

Anyone got any suggestions?

no i havent seen a citadelle since a citafelle patch in 0.2 lol ... i got a lvl 96 and a lvl 92 this league ... feels like my atlas is broken but yeah idk.

Exactly, I am 95.5 now and have done hundreds of waystones. Not a single Citadel. :(
