Map stuck as in progress

I can't continue with the endless atlas, because every map I complete no longer gets marked as complete. They are just stuck as 'in progress'. If I leave and wait for the map to timeout, it will show the map as un-attempted.

Note this only happens for maps that don't have a map boss. Only maps that are 'kill all rare or unique monsters' get stuck as in progress.
