Boss kill in ezomyte megaliths didn't count

Ran a 4 mod tier 15 map in unique location "The Ezomythe Megaliths" map. Killed all the bosses and the final 2, yet the final kill didn't register by the looks of it as the portal to hideout won't open "in Boss fights" and also no skill book dropped.

Also unable to get back to hideout even after going to logout screen or closing the game so will have to leave the game and see if I'm back at hideout after a while.

Killed all the mobs in the map but still says 1 remaining.

My best guess is that during the final fight the boss moved out of the main area circle and I killed him outside of the "dark" zone (further from where the rocks end). The boss fight area dissapeared but nothing happened after that.

I just had the same problem. It says map complete but I can't use a portal out because portals are disabled in boss fights...
