deadly boss dont attack/ react

its the second time in row now that i want to fight against the two deadly bosses Varloch and Avelyne, but they dont start the phase or even attack me, i cleared the whole map, every event and nothing happend, i tried ggame restart, change character and restart game multiple times but nothinh happend, its really fucking me off a bit because its a full juicied map with a lot rarity and quantity and on top the second deadly boss is row, both times the same bosses, if this keeps continue it doesnt make fun play endgame
