Party play Trial of chaos permastun bug

Didnt actually catch a screenshot of it, but seemingly after getting heart tethers while playing in a party of 2, i had 2 instances:

1. In a trial at 9/10 they overlapped next to me from my duo and it apparently generated a loop of 10-12 seconds of me being unable to move or attack of any kind because of the two tethers.

2. I ran ahead of my duo in another run and took an elevator, which left them stuck because of the tethers on the catwalk above as they died of a lightning strike.


This is extremely frustrating to deal with and it cost us 2 trials so far.
