Can't Progress Quests – The Trail of Corruption / A Theft of Ivory

Hi,

I’m stuck on two quests:

The Trail of Corruption → Zarka doesn’t give me Horn of The Vastiri.

A Theft of Ivory → The boss Ekbab doesn’t drop the quest item.

I killed Ekbab more than 10 times, but the quest item never drops. The game shows “You have defeated Ekbab” (see screenshot), but the quest won’t update.

Anyone else having this issue or is there a fix?

Do you have tried to kill Ekbab and Iktab in different orders?
