Found an error in the passive skill tree in path of exile 2

Passive [Focused Thrust]:75% increased Melee Damage with Spears while Surrounded.40% increased Projectile Damage with Spears while there are no Enemies within 3m.
However, the skill [Primal Strikes] is not affected by this passive while surrounded.I'm not sure if this is a display error or a bug in the game.Please take note.
