Passive skill points and quest completeion bug

If to not to pick the points from Risu from 2nd interlude act- this quest is shown on the map as finished (at lest in the end of 3rd interlude). After finishing 3rd interlude act you will find, that the monkey from Howling caves is not complete instead of Risu's quest, even if you did it and brough the item from monkey to the camp and got your points.
Foud that on finishing 3rd act and not having all 24 points. Took some time to figure out where to pick points, as quests were shown improperly.
