Smith of Kitava ascendancy node is bugged.

I've been having all the points in my ascendancy for quite a while now and I thought this would solve itself at some point but now that I need to overcap elemental resistances for hard maps I would like this to be fixed as soon as possible.
The "Forged in Flame" ascendancy node does not work as intended because I also have "Unnatural Resilience" activated in my passive tree and only the fire resistance gets updated to 77%, the cold and lighting remain at 75% even tho I have overcapped my fire resistance to over 200% and my other resistances are actually about 90%, which was also my idea to build for since the beginning and it's quite hard to remain alive with less than 3k HP without that 90% res. :(
PS: another bug related to the smith of kitava ascendancy nodes that I found, for me at least, is that when you refund both Living Weapon and Strenght nodes at the same time, it logs me out of the game and I have to choose my character again after logging in xD
