Mapping Freeze and character issues

For POE2 early access the game seems to have a problem with freezing multiple times in a map especially when I run into group encounters then goes to a reload screen and the parts of the map that I have explored no longer show. Is this a server error or a possible graphics issue? Graphics card is up to date with latest update. Graphics card is Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 10GB

Another issue I have noticed with my sorceress character is when I dodge roll away from enemy attacks the character will run back to the spot I just rolled from causing me to take damage or even die. On top of that as a spellcaster my character will move towards enemies as if to attempt a physical attack even though I use WASD for my character movement when casting spells. Is this another possible glitch and has anyone else experienced this or am just the unlucky one this is happening too?
