The Black Crow T8 Map Boss Bugged Out

He will not go into his 2nd(?) phase where he runs through the first door(which opened) and grabs his bell. Energy shield comes up and no damage can be done to him. He just continues to attack me. I ran around for 5 minutes with no change. I think it might be the desecrated mod "Natural Rare Monsters In Area Are In A Union of Souls With The Map Boss" which might have bugged him out. Just guessing. I have a full map mod screen shot if you nee more info.
