Level 90 Witch Hunter cannot interact with NPCs or objects at all

I’m unable to interact with NPCs or objects on my level 90 Witch Hunter. When I hover the mouse over any interactable, nothing highlights and clicking does nothing. This issue only affects this character – I created a new character and interactions work as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

Log in on my level 90 Witch Hunter.

Attempt to interact with NPCs (vendors, quest givers) or objects (stash, waypoints, etc).

Nothing highlights or responds to mouse clicks.

Additional info / attempted fixes:

Disabled Automatic Input Detection and forced Mouse + Keyboard.

Tried fullscreen, windowed, and borderless modes.

Reset input bindings to default in-game.

Deleted poe2_production_Config.ini to force a fresh config.

Tested new characters (interactions work normally).

Bug only persists on this one Witch Hunter.

Evidence:

I have recorded video clips showing the bug (one with my Witch Hunter, one with a new character where interaction works).

Expected behavior:
Mouse hover should highlight NPCs/objects and left-click should interact, the same way it does on a new character.
