Lagging RU (???) servers

I'm located in Europe and for some freaking reason I'm playing most of the time on the most lagging Moscow servers. Why the heck I can't play on EU servers or at least have a possibility to change server???? The delay is insane, starting from 200-300ms to dozens of seconds. Ofc every time I die and lose maps.
