Input lag is near 2 seconds.

As stated I am unable to play because of the input lag. I have tried switching servers but it doesn't do anything. The game is running at 7ms and 140 fps. When i use my mouse to move or to pick something up the game is unbearably slow to respond. To make sure this is not my hardware I tested the entire diablo series, the fallout series, the borderlands series, no mans sky and subnautica. Poe2 is the only game with this issue.
