Sacrosanctum Armour Bug with Recoup effect.

Sacrosanctum unique anrmour allows for recoup to apply to energy shield. Patch 0.3 introduced “increased recoup speed” and I have stacked 129% increased speed from the tree and items along with the chronomsncer ascendancy node. The increased recoup speed works for life and mana, but it doesn’t appear to be working for energy shield recoup. The recoup speed for energy shield only seems to ramp up with multiple stacks versus single hits? Thanks
