Bug with ascendancy

Hello, the problem is this - When you are in Ultimatum and you pick the Heart choice (doesn't matter the level of it), two out of five times if you dodge roll out of it, you just get stuck in mid roll and you can't move at all(character completely freezes with his legs up or curled in a ball :D ). You have to restart the game and loose all your progress so you can use your exile again.
Is there a solution to this? Or is it a new issue ?
