Bug Report – "Prism of Belief – Diamond (Spark +1)" Jewel Not Working

Description:
Hello,

I would like to report a bug regarding the jewel "Prism of Belief - Diamond" with the (Spark +1) skill. I have socketed this jewel into my character's passive skill tree, but it does not appear to be functioning at all.

The Spark skill does not receive the +1 level bonus.

No visual or functional effect is triggered.

It behaves as if the jewel has no effect whatsoever.

This issue has made the item completely unusable for me and significantly impacts my character build. It's quite frustrating, as I invested in this item expecting it to enhance my gameplay.

Steps to Reproduce:

Equip the "Prism of Belief - Diamond (Spark +1)" jewel.

Place it into an appropriate jewel socket on the passive skill tree.

Check the level of the Spark skill - no change is observed.

Try using the skill - no enhancement or bonus effect is applied.

Expected Result:
The Spark skill should receive a +1 level bonus when the jewel is equipped and properly socketed.

Actual Result:
There is no change in the Spark skill level or behavior.

Additional Notes:
This bug suggests a core functionality issue with the jewel system or this particular item. I hope the development team can investigate and resolve this as soon as possible.
