Archon Gameplay

The notable Resurging Archon which states "Archon recovery period expires 25% faster" and all recovery nodes regarding archon do not apply. The base recovery period after the archon buff is 20 seconds. After allocating all recovery nodes for the archon on the tree and after the buff has ended it is still 20 seconds to be able to be proc'd again.
