Locale not set properly when changing from the launcher

I use Windows in French.
If I chose English in the login screen, then when I relaunch the game, the launcher is in French. If I then select English in the launcher, the login screen is now in French. If I select Englich then, nothing happens, the UI stays in French. I have to relaunch (and keep the launcher in French) to have the login screen in English.
