Paquate's Mechanism bug

Upon returning to Jiquani's Sanctum to farm for gear in HC SSF on my Warrior, I stumbled upon Paquate's Mechanism again -but on this return visit, it is both deactivated (possibly intended), and physically misaligned with the space it emerges from (definitely wrong).
