Ascendancy points not received

Hi,

I've completed the trial of chaos twice in level 79 and I haven't been able to allocate the last 2 points of my ascendancy. My account is linked to Steam but my character name is EnragedSnail is level 88 Amazon in California server. I contacted ggg support but they asked me to post it here so a dev can help me. Please can you help me by fixing this and granting the last 2 points? You can verify the completion of the trial. Thank you.

Are you defeating that Trialmaster? That is required.
