BUG Failed to join any instance

n short, I am locked out of my lvl 93 Deadeye and lvl 94 Bloodmage. "Error: Failed to join any instance." I have put hours into this game and spent money on microtransactions and am devastated at the potential of losing my best two builds out of 3.

I was playing with my lvl 93 Deadeye fighting the Black Crow boss in maps. It bugged out and I wasn't able to target or damage the boss. I then tried to log out and back in. That didn't work. I swapped characters twice, and died with my lv 82 Witchunter that I don't even want to play. Now I can only access this build, my other two are totally inaccessible. I have logged in and out many times, reset my console many times, and tried to load a new map with my Witchunter but it seems my main 2 builds are still stuck in limbo in the previously bugged map.

Please help me - I love this game, but I will quit if I am to lose all the work I have put in.
