The Jade Islands

On the Jade Island map, when the boss has to break the door and move on to the next stage, he just stays still. I can't lower the boss's health, and I can't leave the place. I tried going in and out several times, but nothing was the same; I couldn't do anything.
The next day when I logged in, the map showed incomplete, and I couldn't do the boss anymore.
I'm a little angry because I had spent a Visions of Paradise Precursor Tablet, which costs a lot, to do the map twice, and I can't do it even once.
The map had delirium, maybe that affected it.
