Exploit - Orb of Annulment on trading site - GGG blessing this cheat? Will I get banned?

On the POE2 trading site, the calculation around the Orb of Annulment is wrong and has created a flood of exploitive trade offers.

I've avoided cheating using this exploit, but I see the GGG has done nothing and said nothing, so... can we infer we have GGG's blessing? We all good then? We can use this cheat?
