unlimited respawns in simulacrum

i have tried 2 times now. on simulacrum difficulty 1 i have unlimited respawns so i can just die my way trought to wave 15.

All pinnacle events have infinite respawns at tier 1.
Didn't use to, but people cried, so... |

sorry for that then, all information i found on the internet said you are supposed to have no respawns at all

This was changed in patch 0.2.0f, unlimited respawns at T0 encounters. Internet searches wont find this information, especially the AI generated ones from google since it grabs popular conversations across the internet and this is an isolated incident.
