Numerous Kulemak fight bugs

This fight is beyond being classed as terrible due to bugs, you either instant kill it and never encounter an issue or suffer due to the onslaught of problems.

Bug #1:
Phase 1,2 and 3 all have issues with the fire circle safezone not working if the boss lives long enough to cast it twice. The first time the boss uses it the safe zone works as intended. The second time if the new safezone isnt in the exact same spot as the first no safezone appears at all UNLESS some of the new one overlaps the original location where instead you'll get a majorly reduced safe area. Bug #2:
The portals in the Phase 4 are barely functional despite being what appears to be a major part of the fight. Multiple times during attempted fights I will walk into a portal for it to not do anything for up to 10 seconds, at random when wiggling my character around it will it potentially trigger but most of the time it's just guaranteed death due to an attack from the boss + the damaging spheres. This problem can be seen with players getting stuck on portals attempting to go to the other side of the arena.

Bug #3:
The groundslam attack in Phase 4 about 75% of the time will not destroy the floating orbs / damaging aoe's on the floor despite having an orb directly above the slam position.

Bug #4:
The groundslam attack in Phase 4 will at random not target the player and either A) Target the most recent orb to hit the ground regardless of time spent, Or B) hit the ground about 2 dodge rolls away from the play in any direction.

Bug #5:
The boss healthbar disappears after dying a single time, this can be seen in any video where a player dies to the boss. The only way of fixing this that I found myself was restarting the whole client which, after 3 restarts decided to end the whole encounter and strip me of my rewards / payment for entering the black citidel.
