Called Shot impossible to activate

Title says it all.
Just picked Called shot as my first ascendancy skill.
It just refuses to activate when i left click it.
Maybe related to the fact that i used left click to roll, but herald of thunder activates just fine.

I tried with sniper mark, voltaic mark and both socketed, it just doesn't work !
