Resolute technique and Lycosidae Rampart Tower shield - no 2x duplicate accuracy

I just tested a new version of my build stacking accuracy.

I tried Resolute technique passive:

-Accuracy rating is doubled
-Never deal Critical Hits


Together with Lycosidae Rampart Tower Shield:

-Accuracy rating is doubled.


So i thought i would stack both "double" accuracy ratings, however only the Passive works, and Lycosidae shield does not add nor duplicate any accuracy. I think it is a bug.

That's intended, you can't double what is doubled.
