Azmadi, the Faridun Prince boss room bug, cant use certain abilities

Hi,

I have fought this boss a few times while mapping.

Each time I am unable to use my Lightning Warp ability.

All other abilities appear to be fine.

After killing the boss this time around I tested to be certain.

1. Can't use lightning warp in boss arena.
2. Walk out of boss arena and can use lightning warp.
