Weapon set points bugged to be infinite

I was assigning weapon swap points to the Primal Growth and In Your Face nodes on my Titan after leveling up and one skill point refused to go away even after being allocated, essentially allowing for infinite points.
Only closing the game entirely fixed the bug, allowing me to use it one last time. However, the same bug happened again soon after with the 2 points from the sacrificial heart quest.

Update & Bump
Bug is now happening every time I level up. It is also not going away when I close the game

Check on the top right of the passives screen.
Do you have the same number of weapon set passives allocated for each weapon set?

If not, allocating more points to the weapon set with fewer passive points will not require unspent skill points, because the requisite points were already spent for the other set.
