Hand of Chayula target tracking is bugged/awful

You can hover *right* on a rare and it'll dash to a random mob that is some distance away instead. Or an ice crystal. Or a jar. Basically anything but the rare.

Much like parry and other such things this skill needs to target accurately and reliably since it's a single-target curse application skill and nothing more
