Bad Connection after 4pm gmt+1 on playstation

for the last couple of days the connection after 4pm went so bad that the game was not playable and i dont understand why.. I would get it when the season was out for like 2 days but after a month there shouldnt be any connection problems when people come home from work.. Please do something about it i dont wanna have to wait everyday until 7:30pm to be able to play the game again
