Skin transfer issue

Hello,

I want to skin transfer the Cadiro's Gambit Quiver onto my rare Quiver, but there's one problem. Cadiro is a Primal Quiver and mine is Visceral. Why is it necessary that the type match to such specificity? Surely that's a bug. A quiver is a quiver.
