Olroth, Origin of the Fall arena bug

Killed the boss instantly, didn't go to phase two. Then I'm trapped in the arena. Can't teleport to my own HO, nor to any others.
then i logged on to my pathfinder to see if portal is still there and it got stuck in boss room aswell.
