[PoE2][Bug] Quest item did not drop after encounter — ID #3916743957

Issue:
A required quest item did not drop after completing the encounter. I cannot progress the quest.

What happened:
I cleared the area and defeated the required target, but the quest item never dropped. I waited and checked the ground highlights, moved away and back, and there was still no quest item.

Expected:
The quest item should drop upon completing the encounter so I can continue the quest.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Enter the quest area/instance.
2) Complete the encounter / kill the required boss/pack.
3) Observe that no quest item drops.
4) Re-entered a fresh instance and repeated with the same result. (If applicable)

Additional details:
- Screenshot taken at the location right after the encounter (attached).
- /debug info captured at the time of the issue (attached).
- Local time when it occurred: 25/09/2025 11:05 (UTC-3).

Notes:
If there is a known workaround (e.g., abandoning/reacquiring the quest, talking to a specific NPC, or forcing a new instance), please advise.
