Kulemak's invite final stage looting

My character happend to stand right infront of the well where the boss splits the room. It then got stuck on top of the split (Was able to kill, just not move) and then was unable to move, roll or run).

Couldn't pick up any of the items, couldn't teleport back home. Only other option was to respawn at checkpoint. Upon respawning, boss did the dying animation but no items were left behind.
