The Epic client throws an error when Smooth Motion is enabled

My graphics card is an RTX 4070 Super with driver version 581.29. I enabled Smooth Motion for Path of Exile 2 in the NVIDIA App, and the game is using the Vulkan graphics rendering engine. When I launch the Epic Games client version, an error occurs upon reaching the login screen.
