Invisible Object at Hideout, cannot be deleted

Invisible object at hideout
(at Battle-Scarred hideout)

There is an invisible object in my hideout without any name,
and it cannot be deleted by any means.
I found it when i was moving around the following objects :
Mercenary flags , "blackguard officer tent2" and "elaborate stall 3"

At some point i noticed a invisible object that can be moved
but cannot be deleted.
It could even be rotated, but it was completely invisible.
The object has no name above it.

Finally.
I think i accidentally found it...

I was doing some experimentation
Going trough the list of all my Decorations and placing them down.
I selected the "Recombinator" from the decorations list and placed it down.

Afterwards the (original) Invisible Object vanished from its location,
and appeared right where i tried to Place the Recombinator.

So apparently the Recombinator is available as an invisible object.
Because i did not have it unlocked.
